Magical Negroni

The fruit of the magical Blackthorn tree, the sloe, used to conjure up a glorious negroni.
In a cocktail shaker add the Birch and Sloe Liqueur, the Birch and Elderflower Spirit, the sweet Vermouth and ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a cocktail glass and add ice and garnish with a slice of orange.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25 ml Birch and Sloe Wild Scottish Liqueur
- 25 ml sweet vermouth
- orange slice, to garnish
Method
- Add the liqueur, spirit, and vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a slice of orange.
