A fruity, floral frozen cocktail. Rosebay and rosé wine combine with a crisp botanical spirit for a smooth, refreshing summer serve.
Ingredients
- 25ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 120ml rosé wine
- 50ml Rosebay Wild Botanical Syrup
- 30ml cranberry juice
- Lemon slice, to garnish
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the Birch and Elderflower spirit, rosé wine, Rosebay syrup and cranberry juice to a blender.
- Tip the ice from the wine glass into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour back into the wine glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
