A fruity, floral frozen cocktail. Rosebay and rosé wine combine with a crisp botanical spirit for a smooth, refreshing summer serve.

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add the Birch and Elderflower spirit, rosé wine, Rosebay syrup and cranberry juice to a blender.
  3. Tip the ice from the wine glass into the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour back into the wine glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
