A super fresh and punchy taste of the hills. The freshness of birch, the smoky whisky, the 20 botanicals from the bitters and citrus, and the punchiness of lime and ginger. This is a bonny Scottish cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
  • 25ml whisky
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 1 cap Wild Scottish Bitters
  • Ginger ale, to top
  • Round slice of lime, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Add the Birch and Elderflower spirit, whisky, lime juice and Wild Scottish Bitters.
  3. Stir gently to combine and chill.
  4. Top up with ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with the round of lime and serve.
