A long, refreshing highball with the botanical lift of birch and elderflower, the resinous depth of Scots Pine, and a crisp finish from chilled beer and lemonade. A bright, easy-drinking summer serve.
Ingredients
- 25ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25ml Scots Pine Wild Botanical Syrup
- 100ml lemonade
- 100ml beer, to top
- 2 lime wedges (one to squeeze and discard, one to garnish)
Method
- Fill a highball or schooner glass with ice.
- Add the Birch and Elderflower spirit and Scots Pine syrup.
- Pour in the lemonade and top with the beer.
- Squeeze one lime wedge into the glass and discard.
- Pour the mixture into a second glass and back into the serving glass to combine.
- Garnish with the second lime wedge and serve.
