Everything we make is designed to be firstly smooth. There is a beautifully complex mix of flavours to this spirit - a vanilla then fruity in aroma, then a smooth taste built on citrus tones with a light-spicy tingle that lingers long on the palate. Bringing the forest to life
We carefully hand-pick Larch buds and Honeysuckle flowers from woodlands near our on-farm wild distillery. The larch buds are matured in grain spirit for a number of months before we slow copper distil to produce a spirit with smooth, complex and surpising flavours.
