A glowing, flavour-filled modern cocktail inspired by the breeze brushing quietly through the forests.
Ingredients
- 50ml Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25ml apricot brandy liqueur
- 5ml Calvados
- 3 caps Wild Scottish Bitters
- Lemon zest, to garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Express a twist of lemon zest over the drink and drop it in to garnish, then serve.
