Gorse Apple Sparkle

A fruity, floral and fresh combination for a gloriously refreshing mocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 15mls Gorse Wild Scottish Syrup
  • 100mls Apple juice
  • Small handful of mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • Slice of apple as garnish
  • Sparkling or soda water

Steps:

Mix the Gorse syrup with the apple juice.  Add a small handful mint leaves, stir well, then pour into a tall glass.  Add ice, top up with sparkling or soda water, add a slice of apple as garnish and serve.
