Gorse Apple Sparkle

A floral, fresh combination for a gloriously refreshing mocktail.
Ingredients
- 15ml Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Syrup
- 100ml apple juice
- Small handful of mint leaves, roughly chopped
- Sparkling or soda water, to top
- Slice of apple, to garnish
Method
- Mix the honeysuckle syrup with the apple juice in a tall glass.
- Add a small handful of mint leaves and stir well to bruise them gently.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top up with sparkling or soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of apple and serve.
