Gorse Apple Sparkle

A floral, fresh combination for a gloriously refreshing mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 15ml Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Syrup
  • 100ml apple juice
  • Small handful of mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • Sparkling or soda water, to top
  • Slice of apple, to garnish

Method

  1. Mix the honeysuckle syrup with the apple juice in a tall glass.
  2. Add a small handful of mint leaves and stir well to bruise them gently.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Top up with sparkling or soda water.
  5. Garnish with a slice of apple and serve.
