Our syrup made with Scotland’s national tree brings a really surprising soft, toffee-apple, vanilla and lightly smoky flavour with a hint of berry and citrus.
Wild botanical syrup made with hand foraged Scottish botanicals and sugar from UK sugar beets.
Ideal in cocktails or mocktails.
Dilute 1:8 with sparkling or still water and add ice for a wonderful, refreshing soft drink.
Drizzle over ice-cream, pancakes or use to add flavour and sweetness to desserts and baking.
