Our syrup made with Scotland’s national tree brings a really surprising soft, toffee-apple, vanilla and lightly smoky flavour with a hint of berry and citrus.

Wild botanical syrup made with hand foraged Scottish botanicals and sugar from UK sugar beets.

Ideal in cocktails or mocktails. 

Dilute 1:8 with sparkling or still water and add ice for a wonderful, refreshing soft drink. 

Drizzle over ice-cream, pancakes or use to add flavour and sweetness to desserts and baking.

What is Scots Pine Syrup?

Scots Pine syrup is a lesser-known wild syrup made from one of Scotland’s most iconic trees, Pinus sylvestris. While pine flavours are often associated with sharp or medicinal notes, Scots Pine syrup offers a surprisingly soft and rounded profile, making it ideal for creative culinary use.
