Syrups with Sparkling Water

The simplest way to enjoy a Wild Botanical Syrup. A clean, fizzy long drink that lets Honeysuckle, Gorse, Scots Pine or Rosebay shine on its own.
Ingredients
- 20ml Wild Botanical Syrup of your choice
- 150 to 200ml sparkling or soda water, to top
- Slice of lemon, lime or orange, to garnish
- Mint sprig, to garnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the Wild Botanical Syrup of your choice.
- Top with sparkling or soda water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a citrus slice and a sprig of mint, then serve.
