Syrups with Sparkling Water

The simplest way to enjoy a Wild Botanical Syrup. A clean, fizzy long drink that lets Honeysuckle, Gorse, Scots Pine or Rosebay shine on its own.

Ingredients

  • 20ml Wild Botanical Syrup of your choice
  • 150 to 200ml sparkling or soda water, to top
  • Slice of lemon, lime or orange, to garnish
  • Mint sprig, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the Wild Botanical Syrup of your choice.
  3. Top with sparkling or soda water.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with a citrus slice and a sprig of mint, then serve.
