Scots Pine Winter Mint Chill

A bright, herbaceous cooler that pairs the resinous depth of Scots Pine with fresh mint, lemon and a gingery finish. Punchy, aromatic and refreshing.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker to release the oils.
  2. Add the Scots Pine syrup and lemon juice to the shaker and stir vigorously.
  3. Pour into a chilled rocks glass.
  4. Fill the glass with ice.
  5. Top with ginger ale.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
