Ingredients
- 25mls Scots Pine Wild Botanical syrup
- 15mls Lemon Juice
- Muddled Mint Leaves
- 50mls ginger ale
- Ice
- Sprig of Mint
How to Make
- Muddle mint leaves in bottom of cocktail shaker
- Add Scots Pine Wild Botanical Syrup and lemon juice
- Stir vigorously
- Pour into chilled serving glass
- Add Ice
- Top with ginger ale
- Garnish with mint and serve
