A fresh, floral spring cocktail that pairs the honeyed brightness of Larch and Honeysuckle spirit with crisp apple and hedgerow hawthorn. Light, aromatic and effortlessly elegant.
Ingredients
- 50ml Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit
- 50ml apple juice
- 25ml homemade hawthorn syrup
- Splash of lemon juice
- Larch roses, to garnish
- Strip of lemon rind, to garnish
Method
- Add the Larch and Honeysuckle spirit, apple juice, hawthorn syrup and lemon juice to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a tall wine glass or martini glass.
- Garnish with larch roses and a strip of lemon rind, then serve.
