Honeysuckle and Earl Grey Iced Tea

A refreshing, floral iced tea lifted by the honeyed sweetness of honeysuckle. Bergamot-bright and beautifully aromatic, it is an elegant alcohol-free serve for warm afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Honeysuckle Wild Botanical Syrup
  • 200ml Earl Grey tea, brewed strong and chilled
  • Slice of lemon, to garnish
  • Slice of orange, to garnish
  • Mint sprig, to garnish

Method

  1. Brew the Earl Grey tea with boiling water and leave to cool completely, then chill.
  2. Fill a highball or schooner glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the Honeysuckle syrup and chilled Earl Grey tea.
  4. Stir vigorously to combine and chill through.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon, a slice of orange and a sprig of mint, then serve.
