Honeysuckle and Earl Grey Iced Tea

A refreshing, floral iced tea lifted by the honeyed sweetness of honeysuckle. Bergamot-bright and beautifully aromatic, it is an elegant alcohol-free serve for warm afternoons.
Ingredients
- 25ml Honeysuckle Wild Botanical Syrup
- 200ml Earl Grey tea, brewed strong and chilled
- Slice of lemon, to garnish
- Slice of orange, to garnish
- Mint sprig, to garnish
Method
- Brew the Earl Grey tea with boiling water and leave to cool completely, then chill.
- Fill a highball or schooner glass with ice.
- Pour in the Honeysuckle syrup and chilled Earl Grey tea.
- Stir vigorously to combine and chill through.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon, a slice of orange and a sprig of mint, then serve.
