Cold Brew and Scots Pine Soda

A grown up coffee mocktail.  Scots Pine syrup brings creamy vanilla with citrus and a touch of sweetness to balance the bitter coffee.  The sparkling water elevates this flavour combination to a wonderfully refreshing and uplifting drink.

Ingredients:

  • 25mls Scots Pine Syrup
  • 100mls Cold brewed coffee
  • 25mls soda or sparkling water

Steps:

Combine the Scots Pine Syrup and cold brew coffee in a cocktail shaker.  Shake vigorously and strain into chilled serving glass.  Top up with soda or sparkling water and serve.
