A grown up coffee mocktail. Scots Pine syrup brings creamy vanilla with citrus and a touch of sweetness to balance the bitter coffee. The sparkling water elevates this flavour combination to a wonderfully refreshing and uplifting drink.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Scots Pine Wild Botanical Syrup
  • 100ml cold brewed coffee
  • 25ml soda or sparkling water, to top

Method

  1. Combine the Scots Pine syrup and cold brew coffee in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled serving glass.
  4. Top up with soda or sparkling water and serve.
