A grown up coffee mocktail. Scots Pine syrup brings creamy vanilla with citrus and a touch of sweetness to balance the bitter coffee. The sparkling water elevates this flavour combination to a wonderfully refreshing and uplifting drink.
Ingredients
- 25ml Scots Pine Wild Botanical Syrup
- 100ml cold brewed coffee
- 25ml soda or sparkling water, to top
Method
- Combine the Scots Pine syrup and cold brew coffee in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled serving glass.
- Top up with soda or sparkling water and serve.
