Gorse and Chamomile Iced Tea

A gentle, floral iced tea with the coconut and vanilla softness of gorse balanced by the honeyed notes of chamomile. A calming, elegant alcohol-free serve.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Gorse Wild Botanical Syrup
  • 200ml chamomile tea, brewed strong and chilled
  • Slice of lemon, to garnish
  • Slice of apple, to garnish
  • Slice of orange, to garnish

Method

  1. Brew the chamomile tea with boiling water and leave to cool completely, then chill.
  2. Fill a highball or schooner glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the Gorse syrup and chilled chamomile tea.
  4. Stir vigorously to combine and chill through.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon, apple and orange, then serve.

Variations

Top with sparkling water instead of extra tea for a lighter, fizzier version.
