Gorse and Chamomile Iced Tea

A gentle, floral iced tea with the coconut and vanilla softness of gorse balanced by the honeyed notes of chamomile. A calming, elegant alcohol-free serve.
Ingredients
- 25ml Gorse Wild Botanical Syrup
- 200ml chamomile tea, brewed strong and chilled
- Slice of lemon, to garnish
- Slice of apple, to garnish
- Slice of orange, to garnish
Method
- Brew the chamomile tea with boiling water and leave to cool completely, then chill.
- Fill a highball or schooner glass with ice.
- Pour in the Gorse syrup and chilled chamomile tea.
- Stir vigorously to combine and chill through.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon, apple and orange, then serve.
Variations
Top with sparkling water instead of extra tea for a lighter, fizzier version.
