Glass Style - Highball/Schooner
Ingredients
- 25mls Gorse Wild Scottish Syrup
- 200mls Chamomile Iced Tea
- Ice
- Slice of lemon, apple and orange to garnish
How to make
- Make Chamomile tea with boiling water and allow to cool
- Pour syrup and chamomile tea into iced serving glass
- Stir vigourously
- Garnish and serve
- Add sparkling water as an alternative.
