How to enjoy
Everything we make is designed to be firstly smooth. There is a beautifully complex mix of flavours to this spirit - a vanilla then fruity in aroma, then a smooth taste built on citrus tones with a light-spicy tingle that lingers long on the palate. It works great straight over ice, with soda, tonic water or ginger ale garnished with a slice of lemon and it is a great alternative to gin or vodka in cocktails. Crafting Larch and Honeysuckle Spirit
We carefully hand-pick Larch buds and Honeysuckle flowers from woodlands near our on-farm wild distillery. The larch buds are matured in grain spirit for a number of months before we slow copper distil to produce a spirit with smooth, complex and surpising flavours.

Straight as a Shot
Ingredients:
- Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit
Enjoy as an aperitif - with, or after a meal and when toasting your friends and family.
Whisper in the Woods
Ingredients:
- 3 caps of Wild Scottish Bitters
- 50mls Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25mls Apricot Brandy Liqueur
- 5mls Calvados
A glowing and flavour-filled modern cocktail inspired by the breeze brushing quietly through the forests. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake, strain and serve in a rocks glass. Add a large ice cube and garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
Wild Southside
Ingredients
- 50mls Larch and Honeysuckle Spirit
- 25mls Lime Juice
- 15mls Elderflower syrup
- Ice
- 6-8 mint leaves (for cocktail and garnish)
In a cocktail shaker muddle the mint and then add the Larch and Honeysuckle spirit, lime juice ice and elderflower syrup. Shake vigorously and strain in to a martini glass and garnish with mint.
