Ingredients
- 50mls Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25mls Lime Juice
- 25mls Honeysuckle syrup
- 100mls apple juice
- Ice
- Borage flowers (Star Flower) to garnish
Steps
In a cocktail shaker add some ice cubes and pour in the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit, lime juice, honeysuckle syrup and apple juice. Shake vigorously, strain and serve over ice. Garnish with borage flowers.
