Simple highball

Clean, lightly floral and gently sweet. The birch and elderflower bring soft woody and blossom notes, balanced by a fresh squeeze of lime and the smooth rhubarb soda. An easy-drinking, modern highball. Recipe kindly provided to us by Jack from Scottish Mixology.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Birch & Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 10 ml lime juice
- rhubarb cream soda, to top
Method
- Add the spirit and lime juice to a highball glass over ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with rhubarb cream soda.
- Stir briefly.
