A wonderfully fresh take on a coffee cocktail. Scots Pine Mugolio brings flavour complexity and a touch of sweetness to balance the bitter coffee, botanical bitters and whisky.
Ingredients
- 50ml whisky
- 50ml cold brew coffee
- 1 cap Wild Scottish Bitters
- 10ml Scots Pine Mugolio
Method
- Add the Scots Pine Mugolio and Wild Scottish Bitters to a cocktail shaker and stir together to combine.
- Add the whisky and cold brew coffee, then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and serve.
