A wonderfully fresh take on a coffee cocktail. Scots Pine Mugolio brings flavour complexity and a touch of sweetness to balance the bitter coffee, botanical bitters and whisky.
Ingredients:
- 50mls Whisky
- 50mls cold brew coffee
- 1 cap Wild Scottish Bitters
- 10mls Scots Pine Mugolio
Steps:
In a cocktail shaker add and stir the Scots Pine Mugolio and Wild Scottish Bitters together. Add all other ingredients to the shaker with some ice. Shake and serve in to a rocks glass.
