A wonderfully fresh take on a coffee cocktail. Scots Pine Mugolio brings flavour complexity and a touch of sweetness to balance the bitter coffee, botanical bitters and whisky.

Method

  1. Add the Scots Pine Mugolio and Wild Scottish Bitters to a cocktail shaker and stir together to combine.
  2. Add the whisky and cold brew coffee, then fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and serve.
