Mountain Rosé cocktail

A fresh, floral sparkling cocktail. Gorse brings coconut and vanilla notes that lift the rosé and lemonade into something unexpectedly elegant.

Ingredients

  • 10ml Gorse Wild Botanical Syrup
  • 30ml lemonade
  • 120ml sparkling rosé wine, to top
  • Gorse flowers or a slice of strawberry, to garnish

Method

  1. Add the Gorse syrup to the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Pour in the lemonade.
  3. Slowly top up with the sparkling rosé wine.
  4. Garnish with gorse flowers or a slice of strawberry and serve.
