A fresh, floral sparkling cocktail. Gorse brings coconut and vanilla notes that lift the rosé and lemonade into something unexpectedly elegant.
Ingredients
- 10ml Gorse Wild Botanical Syrup
- 30ml lemonade
- 120ml sparkling rosé wine, to top
- Gorse flowers or a slice of strawberry, to garnish
Method
- Add the Gorse syrup to the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
- Pour in the lemonade.
- Slowly top up with the sparkling rosé wine.
- Garnish with gorse flowers or a slice of strawberry and serve.
