A beautiful celebration of flavours and colour and a perfect cocktail to share at sunset.
In a tall glass pour champagne or other sparkling wine, add the Birch and Elderflower Spirit and the Birch and Elderflower Liqueur. Stir lightly and the drizzle the raspberry liqueur over the top, garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25 ml Birch and Elderflower Liqueur
- raspberry liqueur, to float
- champagne or sparkling wine, to top
- lemon slice, to garnish
Method
- Add the spirit and liqueur to a champagne flute.
- Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
- Stir gently.
- Float raspberry liqueur over the drink.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
