Ingredients

  • 50ml Glenglassaugh Sandend whisky
  • 25ml Gorse Wild Botanical Syrup
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • Lemon slice, to garnish

Method

  1. Add the whisky and Gorse syrup to a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Top up with sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently with a tall bar spoon to combine.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
