Ingredients
- 50ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25ml Lime juice
- 15ml Grenadine
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Crushed Ice
- Sprig of mint for garnish
Steps
In a tall glass with crushed ice add the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit, lime juice, grenadine and Angostura bitters. Stir, top up with soda water, garnish with mint and serve.
