Forest Tea Martini

Silky smooth and gorgeous
Ingredients
- 50 ml Earl Grey tea infused Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25 ml sugar syrup (we use hawthorn flower syrup)
- 25 ml lemon juice
- cucumber slice, to garnish
Method
- Add the infused spirit, syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
To infuse the spirit, pour the spirit into a glass and add 1/2 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves. Leave for 1 to 2 hours, then strain out the leaves.
