Our Wild Scottish Bitters are botanical aromatic bitters crafted from 20 hand-picked, sustainably harvested wild Scottish botanicals. We use individual flavour extraction and maturation techniques for each plant then blend these extracts to craft our stunning bitters. Perfect for use in contemporary and classic cocktails.
The Wild Scottish Bitters are made only from sustainably harvested wild Scottish botanicals. The bitters recipe has been seven years in development with each of the 20 botanical ingredients being individually prepared using specific maturation conditions before being lovingly blended to create a unique aromatic cocktail bitters.

We aim to reconnect people with the nature of Scotland and our own native botanical flavours. In creating these bitters we hope to help Scotland reach its Net Zero target by reducing the dependency on importing tropical bitters alternatives with their associated high carbon footprints.
