Scots Pine Whisky Sour

A classy cocktail given a Scots Pine lift.
Ingredients
- 50ml whisky
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml Scots Pine Wild Botanical Syrup
- 1 cap Wild Scottish Bitters
- 1 tbsp egg white (or aquafaba for a vegan alternative)
Method
- Pour the whisky, lemon juice, Scots Pine syrup and Wild Scottish Bitters into a cocktail shaker.
- Stir the egg white with a fork to loosen it, then add 1 tbsp to the shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) until the mixture is frothy.
- Add a good handful of ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and serve.
