Scots Pine Hot Toddy

The Scots Pine Hot Toddy is a comforting Highland twist on the classic hot toddy, combining whisky with warming pine, citrus and fresh mint. Smooth, soothing and aromatic, it’s ideal for cold evenings or whenever you need a restorative winter serve.

1. Cut the pine needles and stem in half and place in a mug.

2. Cover with boiling water and allow the pine to infuse for a minute.

3. Add 25ml Scots Pine syrup and 25ml whisky.

4. Stir gently until the syrup has dissolved and the drink is evenly mixed.

5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lemon slice, then serve hot.
