A creamy, tropical mocktail lifted by the honeyed floral notes of honeysuckle. Smooth, cooling and beautifully indulgent.

Ingredients
- 150ml milk
- 60ml mango purée (or frozen mango pieces)
- 25ml Honeysuckle Wild Botanical Syrup
- Sliced strawberry, to garnish
- Mint sprig, to garnish
Method
- Fill a highball or schooner glass with ice.
- Add the milk, mango purée, Honeysuckle syrup and the ice from the glass to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour back into the serving glass.
- Garnish with sliced strawberry and a sprig of mint, then serve.
Variations
Drizzle a little extra Honeysuckle Wild Botanical Syrup over the top for added sweetness and presentation.
