Forest Dry Martini

Classic and dry as a Summer’s wind through the birch forest. We think our Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit makes a beautiful dry martini with a real difference in taste. 

Ingredients

  • 50ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
  • 25 ml dry vermouth
  • Ice

Steps

In a cocktail mixer add some ice and pour in the Birch and Elderflower together with the dry vermouth.  Shake well, strain into a martini glass and garnish with sprig of thyme, or a stuffed olive.
