In a champagne glass pour champagne or other sparkling wine and add Birch and Elderflower Liqueur. Stir lightly and serve.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Birch and Elderflower Liqueur
- champagne or sparkling wine, to top
Method
- Add the liqueur to a champagne flute.
- Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
- Stir gently.
