Birch and Sloe Wild Scottish Liqueur
Our Birch and Sloe Wild Scottish Liqueur has a rich fruity depth provided by a long maturation from the sloes.
The liqueur is lovely straight over ice, can be lengthened with a soda water or lemonade, is glorious when added to champagne or prosecco and is a perfect ingredient for other cocktails.

We use birch buds and sloes sustainably hand-picked from woodlands near our distillery. We copper distil the birch buds to produce a fresh, smooth spirit and the sloes are added and mature in the spirit for between 3 to 6 months before finishing as a liqueur.
We let the natural flavours shine through in this liqueur by making it with low levels of sugar. A light, soft sweetness and absolutely no syrupy appearance means this fruity and fresh liqueur is for all year around.

Crafting Birch and Sloe Liqueur
We use sustainably picked birch buds and sloes from a woodland near our wild distillery. We copper distill the birch buds to produce a fresh, smooth spirit and the Sloes are added and mature in the spirit for between 3 to 6 months before finishing as a liqueur.
How to Serve
Magical Negroni
Ingredients:
- 25ml Birch and Sloe Wild Scottish Liqueur
- 25ml Birch and Elderflower Spirit
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- Ice
- Slice of Orange to garnish
In a cocktail shaker add the Birch and Sloe Liqueur, the Birch and Elderflower Spirit, the sweet Vermouth and ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a cocktail glass and add ice and garnish with a slice of orange.
Wildwood
Ingredients
- 50ml Birch and Sloe Liqueur
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Elderflower Syrup
- 25ml Cherry (or Bramble) Liqueur
- Soda Water
- Crushed Ice
- Slice of lemon as garnish
In a glass add some crushed ice and pour in the Birch and Sloe Liqueur together with the lemon juice and elderflower syrup. Stir and add the soda water. Drizzle over the Cherry liqueur at the end, add slice of lemon and serve.
A Sweet Summer Daydream Part 2
Ingredients:
- 25ml Birch and Sloe Wild Scottish Liqueur
- 25ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Wild Rose-petal syrup
- 25ml Rosehip syrup
- 75ml Apple juice (clear)
- Ice
- Lemon and rose petals to garnish
In a cocktail shaker add some ice cubes and pour in the Birch and Elderflower Spirit, Birch and Sloe liqueur, lemon juice, rose-petal syrup, rosehip syrup and apple juice. Shake vigorously, strain and serve. Garnish with slice of lemon and rose petals.
