A light and floral spritz combining Highland Boundary Birch and Elderflower Liqueur with Prosecco and sparkling water. Fresh lime and mint add a bright, refreshing finish.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Highland Boundary Birch and Elderflower Liqueur
  • 150 ml Prosecco
  • 50 to 100 ml soda or sparkling water
  • lime slice, to garnish
  • mint sprig, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with cubed ice.
  2. Pour in the Birch and Elderflower Liqueur.
  3. Add the Prosecco.
  4. Top with soda or sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve immediately.
