Ingredients:
- 25mls Birch and Elderflower Spirit
- 25mls Whisky
- 25mls Lime juice
- 1 cap Wild Scottish Bitters
- Ginger Ale
- Round slice of lime
Steps:
Add plenty of ice to a highball glass. Add Birch and Elderflower spirit, whisky, lime juice and Wild Scottish Bitters. Stir and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with the round of lime and serve.
