In celebration of a natural wild wood, the trees, fruits and flowers in colourful harmony.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Birch and Sloe Wild Scottish Liqueur
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml elderflower syrup
- 25 ml cherry liqueur (or bramble liqueur)
- soda water, to top
- lemon slice, to garnish
Method
- Add birch and sloe liqueur, lemon juice, and syrup to a highball glass over crushed ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with soda water.
- Drizzle cherry liqueur over the drink.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
