We give the Whisky Sour a full on wild Scottish flavour boost with the use of our Wild Scottish Bitters in this classic cocktail.
Ingredients
- 15 ml whisky
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml sugar syrup
- 5 caps Wild Scottish Bitters
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
