We give the Whisky Sour a full on wild Scottish flavour boost with the use of our Wild Scottish Bitters in this classic cocktail. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, strain and serve in a martini or coupe glass.

- 15mls of a whisky of your choice
- 25mls sugar syrup
- 25mls lemon juice
