A long, cool super-simple and beautiful sparkling cocktail!
In a tall glass pour champagne or other sparkling wine, add the soda water, ice and add the Birch and Elderflower Liqueur. Stir lightly, garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.

- 150ml champagne or sparkling wine
- 100ml soda water
- 50ml Birch and Elderflower Liqueur
- Ice
- Slice of lemon to garnish
