Named after the iconic Scottish historical character this classic cocktail is brought in to the 21st by using our Wild Scottish Bitters.

In a mixing glass add all the ingredients except the garnish, stir with ice, strain and serve in a Rocks glass with a large ice cube and twist of lemon zest.
