Wild Rob Roy
Named after the iconic Scottish historical character this classic cocktail is brought in to the 21st by using our Wild Scottish Bitters. In a mixing glass add all the ingredients except the garnish, stir with ice, strain and serve in a Rocks glass with a large ice cube and twist of lemon zest.
- 50mls of a whisky of your choice
- 25mls Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 cap of Wild Scottish Bitters
- Twist of lemon zest as garnish
