Tropical Fruits and Rosebay

Glass Style - Highball/Schooner

Ingredients

  • 60mls Tropical fruit puree or frozen mango, pineapple and papaya pieces
  • 150mls milk
  • 25mls Rosebay Wild Scottish Syrup
  • 30-50mls ice
  • Sliced Strawberry and sprig of mint to garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill serving glass with ice
  2. Add all ingredients 
  3. Pour all into a blender and blend until smooth
  4. Pour back in to serving glass and garnish
  5. Option to drizzle a little more Rosebay Wild Scottish Syrup over the top.
