Glass Style - Highball/Schooner
Ingredients
- 60mls Tropical fruit puree or frozen mango, pineapple and papaya pieces
- 150mls milk
- 25mls Rosebay Wild Scottish Syrup
- 30-50mls ice
- Sliced Strawberry and sprig of mint to garnish
Instructions
- Fill serving glass with ice
- Add all ingredients
- Pour all into a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour back in to serving glass and garnish
- Option to drizzle a little more Rosebay Wild Scottish Syrup over the top.
