In a glass pour the Thistle Vermouth, Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit over ice and add the Rosemary and Lavender syrups. Stir, add top up with a small amount of soda water, garnish with a slice of lemon and blueberries and serve.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit
- 50 ml Thistle Flower Dry Vermouth
- 25 ml rosemary syrup
- 25 ml lavender syrup
- soda water, to top
- orange slice, to garnish
Method
- Add the spirit, vermouth, and syrups to a highball glass over ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with soda water.
- Stir briefly.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
