In a tall glass pour the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit over a generous quantity of crushed ice and add the raspberry liqueur. Top up with lemonade, stir and drizzle the Rosebay syrup through the cocktail and then garnish with a slice of lemon, strawberries and serve.
