- 50mls Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25mls Raspberry Liqueur
- 25mls Rosebay syrup
- Lemonade
- Ice
- Slice of lemon and strawberries to garnish
Steps
In a tall glass pour the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit over a generous quantity of crushed ice and add the raspberry liqueur. Top up with lemonade, stir and drizzle the Rosebay syrup through the cocktail and then garnish with a slice of lemon, strawberries and serve.
