To capture and serve the glistening tears of time. A beautifully evocative combination. A cocktail from our Outlander themed cocktail bar.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25 ml raspberry liqueur
- 25 ml rosebay syrup
- lemonade, to top
- lemon slice and strawberries, to garnish
Method
- Add the spirit and raspberry liqueur to a highball glass over crushed ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with lemonade.
- Stir briefly.
- Drizzle rosebay syrup through the drink.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and strawberries.
