Ingredients
- 50 ml Seven Crofts Gin
- 20 ml lime juice
- 20 ml Birch & Elderflower Liqueur
- citric tonic, to top
- mint leaves, to garnish
Method
- Muddle mint leaves in a highball glass.
- Add gin, lime juice, and liqueur to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top with citric tonic.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
