- 50ml whisky
- 5–10ml Scots Pine syrup
- 1 cap Wild Scottish Bitters
- 1 large ice cube
Tip: A smooth, lightly peated whisky works beautifully here. Start with 5ml syrup, stir, then add a touch more if you want a sweeter, more pronounced pine note.

Steps
1. Add the whisky to a rocks glass.
2. Add 5–10ml Scots Pine syrup, adjusting to taste depending on how sweet you like your Old Fashioned.
3. Add 1 cap of Wild Scottish Bitters.
4. Add a large ice cube and stir for 15–20 seconds until chilled and slightly diluted.
5. Serve immediately.
