A floral and sweet delight, perfect for when you need a refreshing and light cocktail. Recipe kindly provided to us by Jack from Scottish Mixology.
First fill a highball or goblet with ice. Pour in the Highland Boundary spirit of your choice, and the rose petal liqueur. Slice the grapefruit and squeeze in the juice. Place a slice into the glass as a garnish and top with your Indian tonic water. If you desire, garnish with a rose if you have one to hand.
Making the Rose Petal Liqueur
Take a handful of rose petals and place in a glass jar. Combine with hot water and leave to steep until the colour has drained from them.
