Heart of Home - Outlander themed Cocktail

Hold home in your heart over times and continents.  A heady combination of forest and fruit.  One of the cocktails from our Outlander-themed cocktail bar.

In a cocktail mixer add some ice and pour in the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit together with the lemon juice and elderflower syrup.  Shake vigorously and then strain and pout over crushed ice in a tall glass.  Drizzle over the fruit liqueur, add slice of lemon and serve.

Ingredients

• 50ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 25ml Elderflower (or other) syrup
• 25ml Raspberry/Bramble/Cherry Liqueur (we use our Birch & Raspberry liqueur)
• Crushed Ice
• Lemon slice for garnish
