Hold home in your heart over times and continents. A heady combination of forest and fruit. One of the cocktails from our Outlander-themed cocktail bar.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml elderflower syrup (or other syrup)
- 25 ml raspberry, bramble, or cherry liqueur (we use our Birch & Raspberry liqueur)
- lemon slice, to garnish
Method
- Add spirit, lemon juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.
- Drizzle fruit liqueur over the drink.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
