A floral, fruit-forward cocktail. Tulip vodka gives a clean base, while birch & elderflower liqueur and creme de violette layer soft woodland and violet notes. Fresh lemon adds sharp balance, and maraschino cherries lend a subtle almond-cherry depth. An elegant, aromatic rework of the traditional vodka sour. Ingredients
- 40 ml tulip vodka
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml Birch & Elderflower Liqueur
- 30 ml creme de violette
- maraschino cherries, to garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients except garnish to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries.
