Elegant, iconic, sophisticated....and easy. There is some history to changing gin, vodka and ratios of the two for a good dry martini.  So our take on this classic brings the birch and elderflower flavours to the party.

In a cocktail mixing glass put a few cubes of ice, add the Birch and Elderflower spirit together with the dry vermouth and orange bitters and stir.  Strain off the ice as you pour into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel or olive.
