birch and elderflower liqueur

With thanks to Jack of Scottish Mixology for this recipe. A strong, tangy and tropical cocktail.
Ingredients
- 30 ml coconut old tom gin
- 30 ml arrack
- 20 ml Birch & Elderflower Liqueur
- 20 ml white port
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
- orange peel, to garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients except garnish to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
- Express orange peel over the drink.
- Garnish with the peel.
