The smuith Scot’s tak on the mair fantoush ‘Le Jardin de Meme’
In a cocktail shaker with some ice add the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit, Elderflower Liqueur, lime juice, Elderflower syrup, egg white and basil leaves. Shake vigorously, strain and pour in to a cocktail glass, garnish with basil leaves and serve.

- 50ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 15ml Elderflower liqueur
- 30 Lime juice
- 10ml Elderflower syrup
- 3 basil leaves for mixing and more for garnish
- Ice cubes
