Ingredients
- 50 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 15 ml elderflower liqueur
- 30 ml lime juice
- 10 ml elderflower syrup
- 1 egg white (or aquafaba for a vegan alternative)
- 3 basil leaves
- basil leaves, to garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
