Ingredients
- 50ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 25ml Green Ginger Wine
- 25ml Scots Pine Syrup
- Ice
- Ginger Ale
- Slice of lemon and blueberries to garnish
Steps
In a tall glass pour the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit over ice and add the green ginger wine and Scots Pine syrup. Stir, add a generous pour of ginger ale, garnish with a slice of lemon and blueberries and serve.
