Solasta is the Gaelic word for luminous, shining and bright. This cocktail shimmers with shining light as a result of the combination of spirit, liqueur and glorious rosebay syrup. A cocktail with the taste to match the looks!
In a tall glass pour the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit over a generous quantity of crushed ice and add the elderflower liqueur. Top up with lemonade, stir and drizzle the Rosebay syrup through the cocktail and then garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
- 50 ml Birch and Elderflower Liqueur
- 25 ml rosebay syrup
- lemonade, to top
- lemon slice, to garnish
Method
- Add the spirit and liqueur to a highball glass over crushed ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with lemonade.
- Stir briefly.
- Drizzle rosebay syrup through the drink.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
