Silver Spirit

A fabulous flavour fusion drawing on the fresh tones of sauvignon blanc, birch and lime alongside the fragrant floral notes from the elderflower….a wonderfully surprising combination.

Ingredients

50ml Birch and Elderflower Spirit
50ml Birch and Elderflower Liqueur
125ml Sauvignon Blanc
15ml lime juice
Ice
Slice of lime to garnish

Steps

In a glass add the Birch and Elderflower Liqueur and the Birch and Elderflower Spirit, stir and then add the Sauvignon blanc, lime juice and ice. Stir again and garnish with a slice of lime.
